In our management package we offer accompanied viewings, a tenant credit check/referencing and an ID check, the creation and signing of a tenancy agreement, inventory check, post condition checks, arranging routine repairs, deposit protection, arranging gas and fire safety checks, EPC's, sending rent reminder if required and 9-5 availability for any further problems.

Rent collection starts from the beginning date of a tenants contract, we opt for a month to month payment basis. With tenants ability to pay via standing order or direct debit. We also send a rent reminder if needed and have strict policies we follow on what to do if there is ever any issues.
