We offer 3 different options to our landlords depending on their needs. Firstly we offer a 'Tenant Find' service, where we screen and find the right tenant for your property for you. Secondly we offer 'rent collection' which includes everything in our 'tenant find' service plus more. Finally our 'Full Management' package, with this option you get to take a step back to enjoy the benefits of owning property and let us handle the rest.

When you make the decision to join us here at Evalon Estates, you can expect for your property to be cared for as if it was one of our own. We will always ask permission before signing off on work or paying costs and fees, we do routine inspections to keep  your property taken care of, as well as, annual rent reviews to make sure you're getting the most back from your investment and ensuring the property you entrusted with us is held to a full legal standard at all times.
