Evalon Estates is based in the centre of Gravesend, Kent. We may be a new name but our family have been working within this industry for over 60 years with 3 generations of Landlords. We understand the time and stress that can go into managing a property, so we strive to make our landlords feel taken care of and to relieve them from that. We will always ask permission before signing off on work or paying costs and fees, we do routine inspections to keep  your property taken care of, as well as, annual rent reviews to make sure you're getting the most back from your investment and ensuring the property you entrusted with us is held to a full legal standard at all times.
