Evalon Estates is based in the heart of Gravesend, Kent. While we may be a new name in the industry, our family brings over 60 years of experience in the property industry, spanning three generations of landlords that are all still working today.

After years of managing our own properties, we experienced first-hand the frustrations of working with other letting agents. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and inconsistent service showed us that landlords and our tenants deserved better. That’s when we decided to do things differently.

We founded Evalon Estates to provide the level of care, honesty, and professionalism that we always wanted for our own investments.
